Animated Icons are a small 50x50 pixel image of your character toggling between Two different frames of an action (EG: waving, changing emotion, etc.) on a loop.
There is also the 'glitch' option, which is a still image of your character switching between two different modes.

Still icons are a small 50x50 pixel image of your character from the neck up pulling a certain expression or pose.

Full Scene Paintings are a full drawn image of your character in whatever chosen scene. Everything on the canvas is separately painted to give the most detail possible and comes with full coloring, shading, lighting, painted detail and a detailed background of your choice.
Weither the image has lineart around your character or is completely painted is up to you and comes to no extra cost!
